“Katie Katie The Real Estate Lady” is a hometown girl born and raised in Austin, Texas.   Her Leadership style is influential and integrative – work with and through people.   She is successful as a Realtor because she helps people envision and achieve their real estate goals.   As a mother of three, she leads her children in self-discovery while providing a fun and loving home.  In her husband Tom, she has found a true partner.   For fun she plays outside and gets involved in her community - a high priority in her everyday life.

Hallberg Custom Homes

Hallberg Custom Homes, Inc. is an Austin based company owned and operated by Katie and Tom Hallberg since 1999.  Katie is a licensed real estate broker with over 13 years experience.  She is a native Austinite.  Katie handles client relations and marketing/sales for all projects.  Tom is an experienced builder knowledgeable in all phases of construction.  He oversees the daily operations of the company.  This includes on-site supervision and coordination of materials/subcontractors.  Both Tom and Katie are graduates of the University of Texas at Austin.
